Appointed by a developer, hdesign was tasked with furnishing this show home to support the sale of the property. The apartment has been on the market for seven years, and our client gave us a clear brief to create a warm, welcoming environment that highlights the property’s key features and helps secure a buyer. 

This loft style, three-bedroom apartment features an inviting open-plan living area with high ceilings and expansive windows with views across London. 

To complement the vibrant kitchen, wecurated a rich and varied colour palette featuring deep claret, sage green, and rust, infusing the space with energy and character. Accents of amber, pink, slate blue, and layered pattens throughout add freshness and individuality. 

Spatial planning was central to the design. Key furniture choices, such as the oval dining table and curved sofa, were selected to create defined zones while maximizing flow and enhancing the overall functionality of the space.
